How it works
Each cohort follows a fixed arc. We start with diagnosis, move into skill-building, pressure-test through simulation, then hand you a personal action plan you can execute the week you finish.
You complete a 360-degree feedback instrument and a decision-style assessment before day one. In the first two sessions we map your leadership profile against the demands of your current role, identifying two or three specific gaps worth closing.
Four weekly 90-minute sessions, each focused on a single capability: strategic framing, stakeholder negotiation, team calibration, or crisis communication. Sessions run live on video with a maximum of 12 participants. Homework is practical: you apply each tool to a live situation at work and report back.
We pair you with a partner from a different industry and run six timed simulations. One week you might handle a hostile board question; the next, a restructuring announcement to 400 employees. Facilitators score your performance on clarity, composure and stakeholder impact.
You draft a 90-day leadership action plan and present it to your cohort for critique. The final session includes a one-on-one debrief with your lead facilitator, where you walk away with a written development roadmap and a follow-up check-in scheduled for month three.
Measured outcomes
We survey every participant before the program and again at the six-month mark. These numbers come from the 2024 cohort data, covering 96 alumni across eight industries.

Each cohort is capped at 12 seats. We open registration 10 weeks before the start date and close it once full. If a cohort is sold out, add your name to the waitlist and we will notify you if a place opens.

Common questions
Directors, VPs, managing directors and C-suite executives who have been in a senior role for at least two years. We occasionally accept senior managers who are transitioning into their first director-level position, provided their sponsor confirms the scope of their responsibilities.
Plan for roughly three hours: a 90-minute live session plus 60 to 90 minutes of preparation and applied homework. Sessions run on Tuesday evenings (UK time) for the video cohorts. In-person cohorts meet on Thursdays at our London venue.
Yes, and we offer a group rate for three or more leaders from the same company. We do limit each cohort to a maximum of three people from one organisation so that the group dynamic stays diverse.
Each session is recorded and shared within 24 hours. You can watch the recording and submit your homework on the same schedule. If you miss more than two sessions, we ask you to defer to the next cohort at no extra cost.
All alumni join a private peer network and receive a 45-minute check-in call with their facilitator at the three-month mark. We also run quarterly half-day workshops on emerging leadership topics, free for alumni in their first year.
